Parentsactive are launching SEND Walk & Talk for Hammersmith & Fulham Parents. It will run bi-weekly, with two routes, and is part of a new programme of wellbeing activities from Parentsactive, who supports SEND Parents in H&F.
The walk is open to anyone from H&F, buggies are welcomed, and we have a small budget for teas and coffees. The aim of Walk & Talk is to create a relaxed, friendly space for parent carers to get outside, enjoy a gentle walk, and connect with others who understand SEND life.
All walks will start at 9.30.
