Parent Carer Forum
Our Forum brings parents and carers together to share experiences, foster peer support and provide sign posting, helping families feel less isolated while shaping SEND services in Hammersmith & Fulham through a strong voice.
Post 19 Support
Our Post 19 support helps families navigate life beyond education, offering guidance, co-production and advocacy so young people aged 19–25+ can move forward with confidence into adulthood, work and community life.
Parent Carer Advocacy
Our Advocacy service provides practical, one-to-one support to help parents understand their rights and navigate education, health and social care systems, ensuring their child’s needs are recognised and acted upon.
