We’re recruiting: Parent Carer Advocate
We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Parent Carer Advocate to join the Parentsactive team, supporting families of children and young people with disabilities and SEND in Hammersmith & Fulham.
The role is 18 hours per week on an 8-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.
Closing date: 22 October 2026 at 12pm.
Our work is all about bringing parents and carers together to share experiences, support one another, and make sure children and young people with additional needs or disabilities in Hammersmith & Fulham get the support they deserve.
The Parentsactive team is small but passionate, made up of people who care deeply about families and believe in the power of parent voice. It’s rewarding, inspiring work and no two days are ever the same!

You can also play a bigger part in guiding our work by joining our Parent Carer Forum Steering Group – a group of parent carers who help shape priorities and make sure our community’s voice is heard.
