About Parentsactive
Parentsactive parent-carer forum is the co-production forum for Hammersmith and Fulham, both for statutory services and Health. The remit of Parentsactive has been extended to post 25, through funding from Adult Social care, resulting the Post 19 Coproduction Coordinator Post. The Parent/Carer Advocacy services stands along with the Parent Carer Forum and Post 19 Coproduction. All three strands are under Parentsactive CIC.
We provide a strong, supportive community of parents and carers of children and young people with additional needs or disabilities. We work closely with the council, health services, and schools to ensure families’ voices shape the services that affect them.
Joining Parentsactive connects families with others who understand their experiences and provides a space to share challenges, celebrate successes, and access practical guidance.
