Join Parentsactive Parent Carer Advisor Shaana Stewart on Thursday 16th April, from 10am to 12pm, at the Earls Court Community Hub for a drop-in, 1 to 1 support session. This session will offer parents carers of children and young people with disabilities and special needs (SEND) an accessible way to receive confidential advice, information, and guidance on matters including:
• Education (e.g. SEN support, reasonable adjustments, EHCPs)
• Housing
• Health and social care
• Any other areas you wish to explore
