We hold regular twice termly Education, Health and Care (EHC) and Children’s Social Care surgeries at the Stephen Wiltshire Centre for parent carers living in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
These free sessions provide impartial, professional advice and information on:
- EHC assessments
- Annual reviews
- Social care support including short breaks
Sessions are by appointment only and are sent out to Parentsactive members to be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointment slots are now open for the 21st May, released a couple of weeks in advance via email to Parentsactive members.
