Navigating Mealtimes with the OT Team-9th June

1–2 minutes
he image shows a baby or toddler reaching toward a divided yellow plate filled with different foods, photographed from above on a light-colored surface. On the plate: Sliced strawberries and blueberries are in one section. A small square container holds a white puree or mashed food, possibly rice or yogurt. Bow-tie pasta is spread across the lower section. Orange flower-shaped snacks or cut vegetables are on the right side. Around the plate are additional foods and containers, including pieces of squash or sweet potato, broccoli, raspberries, an apple, and a jar of baby food or puree. The overall scene suggests a healthy baby-led weaning or toddler meal setup.

Parentsactive will be joined by the Children’s Occupational Therapy (OT) Service for a session on navigating mealtimes. The OT team will share practical advice, tools and tips to support your child with eating and mealtime routines. This session is particularly useful for parents of children with sensory challenges that affect eating.
