Join Alice, Post-19 Coordinator on Tuesday 23rd June, from 10am-12pm for a Coffee Morning – a space to connect and chat with other parent-carers of adults, or those approaching adulthood.
It’s a relaxed, informal space to catch up and connect over a warm cup.
We’ll also share a bit of news: Adult Social Care in Hammersmith & Fulham is due to be inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) soon (more information to follow). We’ll be collecting families’ experiences to feed into this, and this session is one of the first chances to do that – so come along to find out more, and to help make sure your family’s experiences are heard.
