Join us for our regular Coffee and Chat session on Tuesday 7th July from 10am–12pm. We have invited guests from the Young Carers Service in Hammersmith& Fulham and Family Champions to join us for this session and talk to parents about the work they do for families in the borough.
The Young Carers Service in the borough works to identify, support, and create safe spaces for children under 18 who are caring for a family member. They provide vital and important work in ensuring that young carers have a space to connect, relax, and be themselves.
Family Champions run and support multiple peer-to-peer public health projects that are initiated by parents themselves. The projects are informed by the lived experiences of volunteers who are there to help families connect, improve early years development, and navigate family services at the Masbro Centre.
