Parentsactive hold regular Support Hub sessions with Parent Carer Advisor Shaana Stewart, offering parent carers of children and young people with disabilities and special needs (SEND) an accessible way to receive confidential advice, information, and guidance on matters including:
• Education (e.g. SEN support, reasonable adjustments, EHCPs)
• Housing
• Health and social care
• Any other areas you wish to explore
Support Hub session are run as 1-1 drop-in on a first come first seen basis, for the first hour (10-11AM), followed by pre-booked appointments in the second hour (11AM-12PM). To ensure you are seen during the drop-in, please arrive before 10.40AM. Parentsactive members can also book an appointment once communications are sent out.
