Continuing Health Care Coffee Morning with NHS Colleagues including the Continuing Healthcare Team
Join Alice, Post-19 Coordinator, on Tuesday 22nd September, from 10am to 12pm, for a coffee morning focusing on Continuing Healthcare, Personal Health Budgets and the impact of recent changes within the Integrated Care Board (ICB).
Recent changes within the Integrated Care Board (ICB) have affected a range of services and processes that families access, including Continuing Healthcare, Personal Health Budgets and transition arrangements.
This session will provide an opportunity for parents and carers to meet NHS colleagues, including members of the Continuing Healthcare Team, and share their experiences and feedback directly. The discussion will help NHS colleagues gain a better understanding of how current arrangements are working for families and identify areas where further improvements may be needed.
