Walk & Talks are our bi-weekly sessions, offered as part our wellbeing support for Hammersmith & Fulham parent carers of children, young people and adults with SEND aged 0-25. The walks alternate between two routes: a riverside walk starting at Riverside Studios, and a gentle stroll around Ravenscourt Park starting at Paddenswick Tea Gardens.
The walk is open to anyone from H&F, buggies are welcomed, and we have a small budget for teas and coffees. The aim of Walk & Talk is to create a relaxed, friendly space for parent carers to get outside, enjoy a gentle walk, and connect with others who understand SEND life.
All walks will start at 9.30 and usually finish around 11am.
Our regular Walk and Talks have resumed for the this Autumn term, and parent carers are welcome to join us for our next session on Monday 28th September meeting at Riverside Studios for a riverside walk. We hope you can join us!
