Being part of Parentsactive means joining a strong, supportive community of parents and carers who understand the challenges and joys of raising children and young people with additional needs or disabilities.

Parentsactive is open to all parents and carers of children and young people who have additional needs or a disability.  Membership is free.

You’re welcome to join if you live in, or have children/young people at schools/in provision in Hammersmith and Fulham. (Please note: some sessions are specific to H&F families.)
