Parentsactive is partnering with Tally & Associates Legal Services, a specialist law firm supporting children and young people with SEND and their families, to deliver a free group Q&A session offering practical legal information and support to parent carers. Families will have the opportunity to ask specific questions about SEND issues they are facing and hear from specialist legal professionals.

This session may be helpful if you have questions about matters including:
- Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- EHCP assessments and annual reviews
- School placements and specialist provision
- Education Otherwise Than at School (EOTAS)
- SEND Tribunal appeals and mediation
- Local Authority duties and delays
- Transition to post-16 education and preparing for adulthood
- General parental rights within the SEND system
